The first edition of Jersey Art Book Fair is coming! Presented by Dense, JAB Fair features over 60 exhibitors, with art books, zines, posters and other print ephemera for purchase, as well as a packed program, from zine-making workshops and riso-printing demos to book signings and kids activities.

About the Event
The first edition of Jersey Art Book Fair is coming to Jersey City, January 28-29, 2023!
Presented by Dense Magazine, in partnership with Monira Foundation, Jersey Art Book Fair will feature over 60 exhibitors, including publishing houses, artists, and curatorial collectives.
Jersey Art Book (JAB) Fair will also feature a range of programs throughout both days, from zine-making workshops and riso-printing demos to book signings, kids activities. Highlights from the schedule include an artists’ panel on typography hosted by Draw Down Books, a letterpress printing demo hosted by Center for Book Arts, a publishing Q&A on self-starting hosted by FAR-NEAR and a workshop on pop-up structures hosted by Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of the Arts faculty member Amee Pollack.
TICKETS
Tickets for JAB Fair are $5 pp for one day OR $8 pp for both days, and include parking, access to Mana Contemporary exhibits, and same-day programs. Choose from 2 entry times to help ensure crowd capacities, 11AM and 2PM. Please arrive within one (1) hour of your selected entry time.
Children aged 12 and under get in free under adult supervision.
Don't let the fun end! Come to the JAB Fair After Hours Party to chill, hang out with fellow print lovers, art book collectors and zinesters. You know it'll be a great time! Tickets to the After Hours Party are $15 pp OR $20 pp for full access (both Fair days and the party). Must be 21 or older to attend the party.
Proceeds support Dense’s Fellowship Program, with the first Call for Fellows launching in late summer 2023, in partnership with Monira Foundation.
VENUE
JAB Fair will be held at Mana Contemporary's Biergarten Gallery, New Jersey's expansive arts center in Jersey City that's an easy ten-minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Station, easy car access from Holland Tunnel and NJ Turnpike and plenty of bike racks.
